Mike is a executive with an extensive background in sales and marketing for the stored value payment processing industry, specializing in payroll and prepaid retail merchants.

Mike was the V.P of Sales for SVC Financial Services, overseeing the sales channel and support for Scoot Mobile Money and SVC Card Services. Mike was also Director of Sales for Morgan Beaumont, a premier provider of stored value and prepaid card solutions within the United States.

Prior to this, Mike was President of Gaming Supplies, a printing supplies vendor to the Race n Sports Books in Las Vegas where the company accomplished a 93% market share of all casinos in the state of Nevada. 

Mike began his sales career as CEO/President and co-founder of Datatek International Inc, an independent computer semiconductor distributor, and grew the company to $33M before leaving to pursue other interests. 

Douglas Edwards has more than 18 years of experience in the electronic payments industry. He joined GRIFFIN as the former General Manager of ISO Sales and Marketing for VeriFone, Inc., the world’s largest supplier of transaction processing solutions for merchants. He transformed the sales and marketing of transaction processing solutions to the Independent Sales Organization (ISO) community by delivering VeriFone’s cutting-edge solutions and income-producing, value-added partners. Doug was responsible for hiring, training and managing a direct sales team, a sales management team, a sales training team and a marketing/relationship management team. These teams were responsible for all U.S. sales and marketing to the ISO community. Mr. Edwards filled this role for two and one-half years before joining CardMarte as President.

Prior to joining VeriFone, Mr. Edwards held the position of National Sales Manager for Hypercom, Inc. In this role, was responsible for hiring and training a sales team that was responsible for sales of Hypercom transaction processing solutions to major accounts and processors in the U.S. Mr. Edwards filled this role for seven years.

Prior to joining Hypercom, Mr. Edwards was a sales executive for VeriFone, managing major accounts throughout the U.S. He held this role for two years. Prior to joining VeriFone as a sales executive, Mr. Edwards managed the merchant-acquiring portfolio for a major regional bank in the Southeast U.S., which included the hiring and training of a direct sales team, marketing, and operations. He filled this role for seven years.

Prior to entering the electronic payments industry, Mr. Edwards was the publisher and editor of two newsprint magazines and a regional sales manager for a clothing manufacturer.
